Elevation indicator

Height above sea level, on the map where you stand. A map tells you the terrain is steep, but not what you are standing at, and the contour lines are the last thing you want to count in poor light.

The finished hunt also gets the metres you climbed, next to distance and duration, so a hard day reads as a hard day.
